First of all, Let us pray and thank God who has
given His mercy and grace so that we can gather in this place in healthy
condition and do not forget to always greet and pray to our beloved God
who had brought us to the path of light and leave the darkness in this life. So today I will deliver a speech about impact of
internet
Ladies and gentlemen
As we know that we are in global era, in this global era
the modern technology grows very fast. These days
it seems hard to escape the presence of technology. One of
developing technology is the internet. Internet is
a network of computers connected internationally and spread throughout the
world. Internet certainly is a common thing for adolescents, internet had been
a part of their life. With the internet we can find much information as possible. In the
Internet there are all the news and information we want to search. Actually, internet has a lot of advantages. For example
the use of internet for student is as a source of information and knowledge
which is helpful in learning at school or college. And then, internet can also
be a media communication called social media, we can also communicate with
everyone in the world with them. Not only student, parents and general public can also enjoy the advantages
of the internet, such as entertainment media, to communicate, to business
online, and much more.
Ladies and gentleman
Although internet has many good impacts, but internet does not always have good impacts because internet also gives bad
effect. For example, teenagers often use internet for useless things, like opening the
porn sites and doing violence. In addition, nowadays the bad effects of internet are already seen
in adolescents, such as online game addiction, and social network addiction
like Facebook, Instagram, Path
and Twitter that can make teenagers waste their time and money. Actually, the good and bad effects of the Internet depend on
its user. If we use the internet with good responsibility and purpose, of
course we will get good benefits too. However, if we use the Internet with bad
intention, we will get useless things that can be a boomerang for us.
Ladies and gentlemen
Based on what I have explained above, we can conclude that the
Internet can provide a good or negative impact depending on the user. If we use
for good things, such as doing tasks , it would be beneficial to us. However,
if it is used for things that are not good, such as opening a porn site, and
doing violence, it will give a negative effect for us that can be boomerang for
us

That is all what I can say,
I hope we as a teenager can be wise at
using the Internet, so we can get the benefit and avoid the bad influence of
the internet. So forgive me if I made some mistake. Thanks for your attention.
